I know what it costs to feel lost.
My background spans teaching, chaplaincy, homelessness support, and mental health work. I've sat with people at their lowest — people who had nothing left to lose and everything to gain.
But before I could show up fully for anyone else, I had to do the hard work on myself. I went on a personal journey to restore my own confidence — to be in my body, know and speak my needs, say no, navigate conflict without being completely derailed, connect with others, and relate to God.
That journey wasn't clean or linear. It was forged through failed relationships, hard conversations, and the slow, deliberate work of becoming someone I actually respected.
